For the majority of my life, I hid from my Intuitive gifts with a series of self-sabotaging behaviors – alcohol & substance abuse, narcissistic relationships, toxic friendships. And though I didn’t “want” to continue these behaviors… I couldn’t willpower my way out of them. I tried mindset work, healing, self-help books – and even though these felt good in the moment and even a few weeks after… Those damn self-sabotage patterns kept popping back up. It wasn’t until I learned how to create Inner Safety in my body that things began to shift. Fast AF. And permanently. Because even the most powerful modality & Ritual needs requires Inner Trust at the foundation. To create Lasting Change… Change that doesn’t revert back after a fight with your spouse, looming bills or the stress of motherhood - you need to have unshakeable Self Trust. Since then, I have experienced a change in my entire being. Aligning with my goals is easier than it ever has been. I can identify my self-sabotage patterns and release them, instead of being stuck in a cycle. I am connected deeper to my Intuition, with full trust, than ever before.
