I spent decades lost in depression & anxiety and developed many harmful coping habits. Sure, I had a great career & traveled the world, but something was definitely missing. I spent many years avoiding and resisting change. But after hitting rock bottom, I said enough is enough.
After a particularly gut-wrenching 3 day personal development seminar in Hong Kong, I decided I was not going to let my extreme self-doubt and self-loathing keep me from true happiness any more!
I did a deep dive into my subconscious mind, and after 48 hours of the usual monstrous self-talk, a calm, loving voice came through with the sage advice.... “Gentle”
Just that one word turned everything around and I shifted out of a lot of unhealthy habits. I still dealt with life’s struggles and even ended up in the hospital with stress induced seizures.
But, a few short years later I was healing my past with energy healings, diving into spiritual gifts, developing my clairsenses, balancing people's chakras, seeing people’s past lives, activating and mentoring people to develop spiritual gifts, and entering levels of spirituality I had no previous intention of connecting with: channeling angels, galactic beings, and channeling people's unique soul frequencies with light language transmissions.
And that magical "gentle" that changed it all... that was one of my first conscious encounters with my inner wisdom, my soul.
It is my deepest wish and soul purpose to help everyone wake up to the beauty of the inner light, the soul, the true authentic self. This can be done without years of turmoil and dark nights of the soul. I’ve been through it all, so that you don’t have to.
It is my passion to help people step out of self-doubt, confusion, lack of direction and into listening to and trusting your own inner wisdom.
