For over 20 years I have dedicated myself to exploring and opening to diverse modalities and creative expressions, including Zen practices, performative arts, massage, and energetic healing techniques. These paths have deepened my understanding of neuroplasticity and the ways it can be supported and expanded through mindfulness, creative exploration, and profound soul work.

As a shamanic apprentice, channeler, and intuitive, I draw on wisdom from various spiritual traditions, each offering its own unique medicine. These insights guide my work in helping others rediscover their passions, cultivate empowerment, and embrace inner peace.

I've had the honor of studying under Genpo Roshi and working with the Big Mind Process, through which I learned to address and step into the different aspects and roles we play with each other. This experience has enriched my ability to guide others in recognizing and embracing their inner voices and archetypes.

At the heart of my practice is "Soul Play," a dynamic approach that blends ritual, guided journeys, awareness practices, and energetic techniques—all infused with creativity, celebration, and love. This process fosters authentic self-discovery, vibrant self-expression, and deep healing, unlocking the limitless possibilities within each person.

By deeply connecting to our inner light and embracing our co-creative abilities, we can free ourselves from the heavy stories and deep pain we carry. Through deep intent and knowing our true connection, we can explore, play, and transform our lives.

During private or group channeling or Soul Play sessions, workshops, and community rituals, I create safe, nurturing spaces for transformation and alignment with the soul’s truths. Everyday items become magical tools imbued with endless possibilities as we infuse our inner magic into the external world.
